Privacy policy for SEOSMMS users
We keep what we need to run your account and orders. Nothing more. This page says what that is.

Who is responsible
SEOSMMS is the operator of this site and the marketplace behind it. Use your account for any privacy matter.
Requests made there are handled with the account in view. Short and plain. If a case needs more work, we say so in the reply.
What we collect
Account details: the email address you sign up with, and the sign-in method you pick. Order details: target URLs, keywords, instructions or articles you submit, the donors you choose and the order status.
Payment records: your top-ups to the dashboard balance, invoices and proforma invoices. We do not ask for your social media passwords, ever.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, kept in server logs for security and for working out what is broken.
Why we use it
To create your account, process baskets, publish placements and send the status of each order. To issue invoices. To handle requests made through the account.
We also use logs to catch abuse and fix bugs. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your target URLs to train advertising profiles.

Who else sees it
Hosting and email providers process data for us under contract. Publishers receive the article text and the link they are asked to place, and nothing about you beyond that.
Authorities receive data only when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a few functional ones for the budget widget and display choices. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site.
You can block cookies in your browser, though the account area will then stop working.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Where the law lets us, we handle the request for the account and the personal data in it.
Some order and invoice records must stay for accounting reasons. We will tell you which ones and why.
If you are unhappy with an answer, say so in the same place and we will look at it again.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and post the change on the site. Small wording fixes just change the date.
