Terms of service for SEOSMMS
These terms cover buyers and publishers. They are short on purpose. If a clause surprises you, ask through your account first.

We sell placements, not rankings. Nobody at SEOSMMS can promise where Google will put your page.
Using the service
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the account and for everything done through it, including by AI agents or API keys you create.
Give us true details. Keep your login safe. Tell us through your account if you think someone else has access.
Orders and payment
You add placements to a basket first. Nothing is charged until you pay the basket from your dashboard balance.
Balance is topped up in the dashboard, not through the API. Simple. Prices are shown before you pay and include the placement as described. Invoices and proforma invoices are available on request.
An AI agent may fill a basket for you. Paying it stays a separate step, and only you can approve it.
Delivery
Placements usually go live within about 24 hours of payment. That is a typical time, not a promise to the minute.
You choose a content mode: automatic from your target URL and keyword, your own instructions, or your own finished article. If you supply text, you confirm you have the right to use it.
Placements are intended to be permanent dofollow. A publisher may still remove a page for reasons outside our control, and in that case you can raise it through your account and we will look at the options.
What you may not order
Links to illegal content, hate material, malware, adult or gambling pages where those are barred by the donor, or anything that infringes someone's rights.
We may refuse or cancel such an order.
What we do not promise
We make no promise of rankings, traffic, indexing, sales or visibility in AI assistants. Search engines change how they work, and you accept that links are one signal among many.
Donor metrics such as Domain Rating and traffic come from our own crawler and our own index, are refreshed about monthly, and are estimates.
Publishers
If you list your site, you set the price and approve every placement. Payouts are weekly. You may not publish content you know to be misleading or unlawful, and you keep the right to decline an order.
We may remove a site that breaks these terms.
Liability and changes
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order in question, and the service is offered as it is.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use SEOSMMS after a change means you accept it.
